All packages are insured. So if any item you purchase at GenericGifts.com is damaged or lost in freight, we will either send you a replacement or issue full credit upon your request.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $75. Orders to PO BOX addresses are shipped via USPS Ground.

Shipping cost to military addresses and islands (via USPS AirMail) is $17.50 per order.

All orders shipped via UPS Ground should be received within 4-7 business days from the order date; orders shipped via USPS Ground should be received within 10-14 business days.
